Figure Lending LLC ("Figure") is the largest U.S. non-bank HELOC originator ($25bn+ originated since 2018). Figure regularly holds these loans on its balance sheet, sells loans to institutional whole loan partners, and securitizes them. All loans offered on Democratized Prime are performing loans. Eligible collateral types and their underwriting standards are detailed below and may expand over time as new real estate-backed loan types are introduced.
