A fungible ERC-20 vault share token representing their proportional ownership. The protocol simultaneously holds spot positions and shorts perpetuals on Hyperliquid and other venues, capturing funding rates without directional market exposure. The vault targets 7-11% APY (base yield + HIP3 rewards).
